President: Thatcher Carter
Thatcher Carter is thrilled to be the President of JCATD. With four years of dedicated involvement in the academy, Thatcher has gained a comprehensive understanding of its inner workings and has contributed significantly to its growth and success. You may have seen him in recent productions! As he enters his senior year, he looks forward to leading the academy with creativity, passion, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community for all members. With his experience and dedication, Thatcher is eager to support the esteemed legacy of JCATD and guide it towards even greater achievements.
Secretary: Montana Divine
Montana Divine the 2024-2025 secretary for Jefferson County Academy of Theatre and Dance. She’s more than ecstatic for the opportunity to be an officer for her senior year and proud to have made it so far in JCATD and can’t believe that this is her last year. Montana plans to make the best of her final year by creating new memories to look back on and cherish. With that said she can’t wait for you to see what our talented academy members will bring to our shows for the school year!
Historian & Publicity Chair:
Caitlyn Wilkinson
Caitlyn Wilkinson is a senior at JCATD/SVHS and is the Publicity Chair/Historian for the 2024-2025 school year! Caitlyn discovered her love for theatre in middle school, and has not looked back since. Since joining her freshman year, she has been involved in several shows at JCATD, some of her favorites being You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Lucy), Batboy (Lorraine), Les Misérables: School Edition (Ensemble), Alice by Heart (Clarissa/Queen of Diamonds), and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime (Punk Girl/Chorus). Being in the academy has taught her so many skills that she will carry with her throughout life. She treasures the bonds she has made with her fellow academy members so far, and is looking forward to one more year to make amazing memories. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Publicity Chair/Historian for JCATD, and is excited to see what the future holds for her!
